Minor June Update

Hey all, I added a couple sound effects, tweaked the difficulty, added persistent settings, more biomes and a hotkey to redraw. I also spaced cards a little more out and some more minot stuff. The next bigger update should hopefully include cursors and icons telling you more about towers and cards in advance.
